Re: My vampire sim's dark form face is permanently stuck on. How do I fix it?

I just bought the pack of Vampires, got my Sim turned into a vampire but now when she's supposed to be normal, she's ALWAYS a vampire!  I can't get her back to looking normal anymore.  I just bought this freaking pack and I just got screwed again.  Another BUG that they didn't fix.  Now, the solutions come from the community AGAIN!!!  Do this cheat code, do this, do that, try this, try that, I did this, I did that...  It never ends and EA doesn't give a duck about it as they NEVER EVER fix their bugs.  All they care about is coming up with another pack to screw more people but never EVER take care of their community of gamers.  They JUST DON'T CARE!  I've never seen a company care so little about their gamers like this one.  I've had so many bugs with my packs, it's unbelievable and I've tried, OH!, how I've tried to contact them, but that's an IMPOSSIBLE FEAT!  They will ALWAYS redirect you to online service where people don't know how to fix the issues because EA never fixed them (what are these poor people supposed to do?) and yet, EA will never take your demand, NEVER!  They're cowards and like everyone knows and says:  They LOVE MONEY!  That's ALL they care about.  Bring in the money and duck the rest and that includes ALL their gamers!  I've had bugs that I looked into to fix that went back to 2017 and they're still not fixed, so you can see how much they really care.  I'm part of the Steam community and it's completely the opposite there.  When you have a bug, you report it and you get immediate help from the community and from developers also.  Some developers will come and talk directly with you to help solve the problem.  Completely different from here, which is why the Sims 4 was the 1st game and last game I will ever buy from EA.  I've got 166 games on Steam and that number will keep increasing as I have complete faith in Gabe Newell and none in Andrew Wilson.  I am deeply disappointed in myself for having let myself be duped again by this misguided company that I have absolutely no confidence in!  I thought I was gonna enjoy myself and have some fun, but yet again, I find myself having to deal with problems that totally ruin the game from the start.  Maybe if you started treating your community of gamers like Gabe Newell does his, your gamers would experience and enjoyable gameplay but for now, what you're doing is ultimately horrid!  No wonder EA started to sell ALL their games on Steam 2 months ago because they know the genre of community it is and the money they can make there (remember - EA LOVES TO MAKE MONEY!)  No more restrictions, no more exclusives, they're selling everything on Steam now and you possibly can't wonder why!  Anyways, this will be my last pack ever that I will buy from you.  I actually like this game but you went and ducked it all up with your unlimited bugs and your decision to NEVER EVER fix them, to never deal with them and let the community come up with solutions.  So lame of you, negligent and disregardful - I'd be ashamed sitting at your place, really!  I'm kvetching you might think but with extremely good reason.  I don't like being treated like this as a gamer and as the one making the payments!  Power to Gabe Newell!!!

    @Azzarar, my Vampires can return to normal.🤨  Did you try clicking on your Vampire and choosing the Vampire …  tab?  🤔There is an option there to either show or hide your Vampire's Dark Form. 

    First click on your Sim and choose the Vampire... button as shown here: 


    Here is my Vampire in her Light Form talking to Caleb. She is about to change to her Dark Form by me clicking on the Show Dark Form button. 



    And you can reverse it by clicking on the Vampire... button and choosing to Hide Dark Form:




    So, is this not working for you?🤔  There are no bugs like this listed in the compiled Bugs Report List! 🤨  Do you happen to use Mods or Custom Content (CC)? 🤔  Mods and CC can become outdated , especially when the game gets an update.  While EA allows Mods and CC, EA is not responsible for 3rd part add-ons such as these, and it is impposible to support all of them. That means is is up to the Mods and CC creators to update their products that they make for the game, and up to the player to maintain their Mods/CC.  If you use Mods/CC then I can show you how to find outdated Mods/CC items, so you can delete them replace them with newer versions that are compatible with the most recent game updates. 😇

    Also , it is against the rules to use all caps because it is the same as shouting.  You can use Bold or Italics or Underline to emphasize text. 😉
