@wahini2024 If you don't want the NPC in your game, just delete them from your game in manage world , but strange NPC aka townies without a home will always show up at your front door and I normally ignore them if my sim is not friends with them or I don't want them to be friends with them and also sims who stay in the neighborhood. I often deleted the strange looking ones and keep the ones my sims are friends with. I have a small number of NPC's my sims met in college I really like and keep them in my main folder for gameplay

@LonaBoom I've deleted npc's out of my game and they come back... most of them aren't wearing clothes and they constantly, and I mean non stop, disrupt conversations my sims are having or they just walk in the house if I forget to lock it and eat the food and never leave unless I travel.

I can't get the prompt for "go away" or "send home" so I'm looking for some option to get them to leave my sims alone kinda instantly

Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
