@RavenLure I can't order them online anymore. I didn't know I could make them. How is this done? I have plasma fruit trees but It's just a lot easier to use plasma packs because the vampires will use them without having to be told as the plasma fruit I have to keep telling them to take it. Plasma packs are just easier. I just set some on the kitchen counter and the vamps go to them and take them when needed. Please tell me how to make them. I'm not sure why I can't get them online. The option just isn't there for me anymore.

    @Zacherous, is this a Vampire that could order them before, or is it a new Vampire? 
    Also, do you use any Mods or Custom Content (CC)? 🤔

    I haven't made a Plasma Pack in a while (I usually have them eat plasma fruit or drink from Sims) but I do remember that you need frogs to make Plasma Packs. 🤨😉
    But I think that is an ability you have to unlock with more Vampire Lore from the Vampire books. 🤔

    @PugLove888 I've been playing with these vamps (4) for about 6 months now. They used to be evil and drink from other sims but I have since changed their traits and they are good now so as to not drink from other sims. I don't have any custom content. I use PS4. All I know is that I could order them online ( I just started doing that a few weeks ago) and now I can't. It's like they don't even exist anymore. With the plasma fruit all I can do is harvest fruit and have them eat the fruit but that's basically all I do now. Harvest fruit, eat. Harvest fruit, eat. Repeat. Repeat again. Go from one sim to the next. It's rather redundant. There's not much time to do anything else. It's very high maintenance now. With the plasma packs I didn't have to do anything but order them and place on counter and the sims would feed themselves. I never read any of the books. I don't know how to do that. I was told from a friend how to get packs online. Maybe this was a quirk and I wasn't supposed to be able to do that so now I can't anymore. It's all good. I'll just move the vamps out into another household and won't play them. I don't like being a bad vamp. I was hoping to be a good vamp but that's just not possible anymore. thanks for your information.

    @Zacherous, it might still be possible, but I haven't played with any Vamps lately.  I do have some Good Vampires but I've been playing more with new Sims I've made when I have gotten new packs (like Tiny Living, Eco Lifestyle, and Discover University).  And I love to garden in my game so I usually have them eat plasma fruit since I have plenty on hand. 

    I did not see this on the Bug Report list, so please make a Bug Report on this so they can start to gather information in order to start fixing the bug!  You can report this here:  https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs
    After you fill out the Bug Report other people can click the "Me Too" button  -- this is good so EA can see how big of a problem this is. Then people with the same problem can also add their experiences to the thread to further help EA figure out what is going on here. 

    Hopefully they can fix this so you can play your good Vampires again! 🤞

    Also, I would reconsider and start reading the Vampire Lore books even If you are playing evil Vampires.  There are a lot of tips, abilities, and drink recipes you can unlock , not just how to use frogs to make plasma packs.🙂.  It is also good for your non-Vampire Sims to read so they can learn to make garlic braids, garlands, and wreaths to keep Vampire away, or learn drinks to cure them, etc. 😉

    @Zacherous, I just checked my Vampires … I checked my Highest Vampire and she was able to order Plasma Packs!!! 🙌 I clicked on the Vampire Secrets option on the computer and from there the Order Plasma Packs option showed up!  I hope you read this since it sounds like you have given up too early! 😞  



    Since we know your problem wasn't because your Vampire was too new (since you have played them quite a bit and you could order the plasma packs before), then it is either you didn't order from the Vampire Secrets menu (and just tried the regular Order... menu on the computer) , or else there is a glitch with your lot or your save, or else this bug is only a console problem. 🤔
    Since I play on a PC, I will tag another console player ( @PoptartJuniper  )  I know to check if they know anything about this on consoles. 🤞 (I don't know if they have Vampires installed, but if they do they can check their game as well.).  😇
