The only thing I noticed after looking around the lot to try to find anything happening was Caleb and Vlad walking around the neighbourhood at night but is that really all it is supposed to do?
The description is "There's something in the air here that fills you with eldritch excitement and attracts Sims looking for a ghoulishly good time"... I wasn't really expecting it to just be existing townies I normally see in my game just walking around the town.

@Rebekyy yeah no, me neither. I haven't had a chance to try.

I think you should KNOW if the Sims came by.

Plus Caleb and Vlad are pack and this is supposed to be base game.
