So they didn't disappear again for you ? How long have you played since you replaced them ?

Over 6 months... Updates and expansion packs have not effected them 😊

It may be a pain to sort out but in my case it was permanently solved.

This is such a weird issue. I have no idea what triggers it.

For some it helps to just reload the game without saving, for others it's not enough disc space and yet another group deleted their autosave and then it was fine.

Backups are important and saving the houses you built too (if you care about them that is)

Would you mind accepting a solution to highlight for others what helped you ?

This happened to EVERY SINGLE house in Willow Creek for me. Even after rebuilding ALL of them, they disappeared again. Then I built another house for one family, played for a long time, saved, exited, and reloaded. The house was gone again. And the sims are never "compensated" for the lost objects with simoleons...

Hi guys!

I found a way to save everything that are missing.

Don't go into play mode. Click on the missing house and choose build mode without entering the game with play mode. 

Once you enter the build mode right away, you will see your house again. Once you're in build mode, "enter save to my library" on the top of the screen.

then save the game.

Your lot is back. 

Here's the screenshot to the steps. I'm sure it will work out. 

After saving the game go to manage worlds, and you'll see your house is back.

see my below post, I'm sure it will work out if you try my method. don't reupload. My all houses were gone in willow creek too. Select the empty lot and select build mode without entering the live mode. See my below post :D

Did you save your game with the lots gone ?

Hmm this didn't work for me. When I went straight into build mode, the lot didn't appear. It was just an empty lot, like it shows on the manage worlds map. I've also tried moving the save files to the desktop and that didn't work either. I would try to rebuild them, but I have no way of even getting the lots saved onto my gallery since they won't appear. Do you think it might help to delete any of my save files or anything like that?

I'm having the same issue.. None of these things have worked for me. Every time I try build mode or a sim travels somewhere the house is just gone..

Would very much like some help please. 

What happens if you try save your game under a new name ? Do you get a save error ?

With me, it started recently (October 2018). Thanks for your suggestion, but in my case it also happens by going directly into the build mode. (I just exit wihout saving and can't play that house.) Although the home may have been saved in my library from the past, it wouldn't necessarily make sense to put drop it there, as it would also be without any "handiness upgrades" (such as kitchen, bath, computer, etc. upgrades, as well as 'rocket ship') and valuable hanging "masterpiece" paintings, etc.  would be missing, too. It's very annoying and I hope it can be fixed.
