Re: sims 4 for rent not working

Same issue. anyone found a solution for this? i worked my literal * off to be able to buy a rental, converted a small house into a rental... and now it's value shows 0, unit dimensions are 0, beds are 0 and bathrooms are 0, and, same as above, rent is 2 simoleons...

the only workaround i found was to use one from the gallery, testing 3 different existing lots resulted them to going straight to all 0s as soon as they were converted even tho they still have all their furniture. i even tried deleting toilets/beds and buying new ones, but value was still 0 and showed 0 beds/bathrooms

Edit: figured it out. This happens because none of the rooms are actually designated for rental - theres a button in the unit configuration for this

and you can click on the rooms themselves to make multiple rentals within the same building
