I don't know if it is just me but Today I finally was able to open my game after losing my forever save.....just to try and browse the gallery for lots but cannot click on any of them to bring up the details of the build!!!! I want to throw my computer pit of any window. I am beyond pissed. I have taken all my mods out (had 20,115 folders!!) in small batches. Please help someone?

muellerlamicka Based on what you've said, I'm pretty sure that this is a mods issue. While you've taken your mods out by small groups, you need to take the entire mods folder out and test to see if the Gallery works then. I just tested my own game, and the Gallery works just fine with my mods folder in the game, although I much less CC and mods than you do. If everything works with your mods folder out, then you'll know for sure that it's a mods issue. Then you can test to find and remove whatever is causing the problem. And FWIW, given the amount of mods and CC you have, I recommend that as you test, you clean out your mods folder and remove things you don't use often. You'd be surprised by the difference that it can make in load times and how the game runs.

I really appreciate you taking the time to help. I did end up finding out the problem and did what you said. It took me all day but that is solved. But another problem has come up...in the gallery I can finally open the houses and place them in world. But, packs that I do own, says that I don't so when I place the builds, of course it's missing everything that was put on it even though I can physically see all the items that are missing in Build/Buy. Any suggestions???

muellerlamicka The issue with the missing content messages has been going on for a little while. It seems to be a non-issue from what I can gather as in almost all cases, everything is there if the packs are owned and enabled. You've said that the content is missing in the lots when you place them. So, the question is: is it the gallery download(s) or is the game itself not seeing the packs. Here is the bug report on the messages:

Please take the time to read and upvote the one that most closely describes what is happening in your game.
There are a number of other posts, not in the bugs forum, that cover the same or similar things so you could also search the forums if you care to.
As to how to fix the issue, you can try some of the things in those posts. Before you download next, make sure that all your owned packs are active and see if the downloaded lots continue to give you messages or are missing content. I tested by downloading a few lots from the Gallery, but I did not have any problems (no messages, all content was there) so Idk what else to suggest. Sorry.

Just out of interest, what was the issue for you? I can’t click on anything in the gallery either to look or place lots etc. After finally rebuilding a big build in a separate save file while chaos was ensuing, id really like to actually be able to use it finally in my main save
I have this issue as well. It will work for a little bit and let me place lots and then all the sudden it starts to stop letting me click on them in the gallery and then completely won’t open anything. I haven’t had this issues before I updated my game to most recent update. I keep getting a UI last execptipn but I Tmex exceptions. One of the notable sentences in the execptipn is cannot access a property or method of a null object reference. It also says xml version = 1.0 in both the UI and normal exception🤷I know something somewhere is probably broken as have a massive cache/online thumbnail so will have to do some mod searching
