I don’t get an error code. I get it to load to the point where it should start but then the loading screen freezes and it kicks me to the Xbox home screen again.
@Cambree03I would recommend deleting your cache first and foremost:
Xbox button on your controller, then go to Settings.
Devices and Connections-->Blu-Ray--> Persistent Storage, select Clear.
Sometimes a power cycle also helps. But if none of this helps, your save might be corrupted, so as a last-ditch effort, what you can try to do is go into Manage Game and delete your local save, then re-sync it from the xbox cloud.Edit: Just a disclaimer that there's always a risk that something won't sync correctly and your save will be lost (theoretically it shouldn't, but errors happen), so I always recommend this last.

Unfortunately this is usually a symptom of an issue of the save game but troubleshooting on XBox is insanely difficult, especially when you don't get any error codes.
Could you try the follwoing things
- Test a new save and see if that works
- Load the save with load instead of resume and see if the map loads
- If it does, check if it's multiple households affected.
- If a new save works but the current one doesn't, do you have a backup you could try ? Thank you guys for the help! I loaded into a different household in the world and then clicked switch control to the household that was broken and I was able to make that work!
