@Cocamelo Hi!  I did a bit of testing and noticed that when I choose the largest preset lips, the top lip actually gets a bit smaller when I click to drag it in in the Detail Edit Menu, which I think might be a bug.  When I click and drag left and right though, I can make the top lip a bit bigger.  I can definitely make the bottom lip a lot larger.

Here is one of the largest original preset mouths.

This is after I've used the Detail Edit Mode.  You can see that the top lip is not as full top to bottom but it is a bit wider.

Are you saying you'd want the lips to be larger than this?
