Yes I use mods and cc but have tried removing them and it still happens

@fidjet2 Did you delete the localthumbcache file ?

Could you post a screenshot of the exact message you're getting ?

Yep, I frequently delete the thumbcache. I get the message from the first picture and then a second later the phone rings and I get the second message

@crinrict I turned off that option and when I loaded back in was met with the exact same message about them going off the grid
