Tenants Keep "Going off the grid"
My rental keeps being vacated a day or two after they move in. First I get a pop up to say that my rental has been vacated and then a phone call from the tenants saying they are going off the grid.

Yep, I frequently delete the thumbcache. I get the message from the first picture and then a second later the phone rings and I get the second message
