@m_baldo It could be intentional as the tent isn't really a toy. It's something they play in, not with. Not sure.

I thought the same... So, I think it would be correct to add an activity of "Play in tent" or something.

As the tent is not a toy, this is currently working as designed, so I've moved your post to the Feedback section instead.
The Doctor Playset is a toy and also doesn't fulfill the "Play with toys" part of the childhood Creativity aspiration.
