@mariabeatrizgonz Hi!  If you mean you're looking for a Dentist mod, then you'll have to search the internet for it.  Since EA does not support mods, we're not allowed to post links for them here.  When I searched for dentist mod, I found a few links but they look older so be careful if you decide to download them as they may not be compatible with the current version of TS4 and could damage your game.
