@Thehiddenreturns Hi, I don't know if I can answer you, but when I personally create a sim in CAS, I try to use as few packages as possible so that more people can download them. In fact, even if I only used the base game, you can easily download the sim I created to your game.
Especially when creating sims (and not lots), the fact that several packages are included only affects the clothing, makeup and certain aspirations. Which are all things you can safely change in CAS.
