You should post your query over on the TSR forums.

Can't you just copy over the contents of your old Mods folder into your new Sims 4 > Mods folder?

@Bluebellflora Thank you for your response! I actually fixed the issue! I saw other posts on here in reference to TSR, so I just thought I'd give it a try. I've never used the forums so I wasn't sure. Thank you for your feedback though. 🙂
