It is not possible to have Mods or CC on consoles.

The Vegetarian trait came with the City Living expansion.

I have never seen the want (whim) "Refocus on Skills" before. Also, no option to "Lock it in" and complete the issue. Am I missing something? No mention on a Google search or in the forum archives....
