Reaper Awards

I accidentally removed my Sim that i was doing the reaper award with from the household. I added her back in, but now the Reaper Awards are not working, the list with the tasks i need to do are not showing up. How can i resolved? This happened on week 4, and I'm so disappointed that I may not be able to complete the event,
