Reaper Awards

Question

I accidentally removed my Sim that i was doing the reaper award with from the household. I added her back in, but now the Reaper Awards are not working, the list with the tasks i need to do are not showing up. How can i resolved? This happened on week 4, and I'm so disappointed that I may not be able to complete the event,&nbsp;

It's for console too, despite the suggestions for PC/Mac users.&nbsp; Please provide the information requested in the first post on page one, and also describe the context in which the glitch happened, as you've done in this thread.
