Reaper Reward tasks not showing

The Reaper's Reward event isn't working for me. The tasks are not showing. I was able to do the first tasks, but when the task to plant showed, it didn't check it. I planted the flowers, replanted them, watered them, fertilized them, researched them and nothing checked the tasks. So I restarted the game and the tasks simply disappeared. I took all my cc and mods out, but it still didn't work, I repaired the game, but it didn't work, I uninstalled and reinstalled, and it still didn't work, I uninstalled again and tried installing only the base game, it still didn't work. I didn't paused the game first thing, I didn't have any pets or kids, toddlers and infants, just the one sim, I tried waiting to load for the pop-up to show up, it didn't work (the pop up didn't even showed up, it just takes me strait to the game, like normal). I tried litterely everything and nothing is working. When I load in in a save the icon for the event is still there, but when I click it, it takes me to the event hub, to see the rewards for the weeks, but the tasks are still not showing up. I don't want to lose the chance to play the event, but I don't know what to do.
