Experiencing the same on Xbox.
I’ve tried troubleshooting in every conceivable way, and still, no new tasks on the Reaper tab, no other prompt, nothing. No way forward.
In my case, things were working fine until the week 5 quests, so I’m not sure whether it was the first update or the second (emergency) update that triggered this, or maybe it’s just coincidence.
But I wholeheartedly agree, and wish the emphasis placed on resolving these issues “promptly” applied to console users as well.
It’s a shame.
