The Reaper's Rewards tasks have disappeared from my game, but the event UI is still there. I have received all rewards for the week other than the batfish, and I was able to complete The First Ingredient.
Hello! I'm sorry you're having trouble with the Reaper event. I had some trouble in the beginning as well but I believe it was mod related. Even if you don't use mods, this step-by-step guide created by crinrict may help you to resolve the issue. It worked for me!

These steps will walk you through a user folder reset, so keep in mind that previously earned personal inventory items (like potions) will not be available. However, it will allow you to keep all your saves (mods, tray, etc.) and it should allow you to resume the progress that is missing in your current save.
I managed to see the quests, but I wasn't able to claim the batfish 🙃
I'm glad you were able to get the quests but that's a bummer about the batfish. 🙁 Does it still show as unclaimed in the rewards panel?
Same basic issue...I completed everything, it even says it's completed, but I didn't get my batfish. Not that big of a deal since I could catch it on my own, but still. The reason I'm commenting is it says above that it might have to do with mods, and I've never had mods in my game. Just something to consider.
WisdomBuildersYou'll have to wait until week 4 (which starts in a few hours) to get the batfish. Week 3 included a task that could only be done if you have Realm of Magic, so you ended up a little bit short of the points needed for all the Week 3 rewards. The developers told EA_Cade that this is by design and there will be enough points to get everything by the end of the event, even if you only have the base game.
Yeah, same with me, missing an additional task in week 3. I learned that many people have this issue in the comment section of Lilsimsie's video. Hopefully Sketch793 is right and we can still claim all the rewards without the Realm of Magic.
Oh cool! I wasn't too worried as long as it went back to working after the new week started. At least I got the bike after all. But that's great that it's not a bug in my game and I can just keep playing when I boot up the game again today. Thank you!
I am currently trying to do the reapers rewards but the tasks do not show up in my game, it shows deaths favorite flower and flirting with death but no tasks to do
linkbear1234The same thing happened to me, so I sent my Sim out to harvest the garden. By the time he finished doing that, the tasks were showing.
I could read the book but the option to read the intro never came up. Now the tasks panel is gone for week 4 and i cant progress at all. I don't know what to do with my game, i tried to repair it and nothing changed, I tried resetting the book and nothing happened either.
