I bought the Sims 4 Vampires addon that my kids already had and would like to apply those funds to a different addon that they dont have, but there seems to be no easy process to rectify this and not sure why it allowed us tl buy something we already had.

@jpkarlsenPC version that already had Vampires addon that was previously purchased in the order history on 9/29/2022. I’m simply just asking that the credit be applied to another addon that the kids didn’t previously have. It was a mistake ordering it again, but I shouldn’t be charged for an addon that can’t be redeemed again, and it should be straightforward to apply the credit for that purchase to another addon.
