Removing Super Sibling relationship

Is there a way to remove this super sibling relationship?

I have the following problem. My teen twins were about to age up and I wanted to send them on a vacation and then celebrate their birthday in Granite Falls with their friends. But I wanted to be able to control all the sims, so I moved them all into a new household and send them on a vacation together. But now after the birthday I saw that my young adult sims now have the Super Sibling relationship with the other teens. It's especially weird for their boyfriends to have both the boyfriend relationship and the super sibling relationship. So is there a cheat to remove it?

Apologies, I forgot about that. You have to enable that in MCCC. It's off by default. Click on a sim's computer and go to...

MC Command Center
MCCC Settings
Notification/Console/Menu Settings
Console Command Settings
Debug Commands in Cheats
... and Enable that. You'll have to restart the game before it'll take effect.

The new options will be there then.

I know this is old but maybe you’ll see it as you seemed to be active on here. i don’t have any other mods (took them out) except mcc and when I try to click off “Disabled” and then select “Enabled” it doesn’t give an option to accept or save it. If I hit X it closes the MCC window not just backs out of that part of it. Any ideas of how I could approach this?
Would anything with Twisted Me I’d all cheats mod help?

ignoring Bella and Mortimer’s “super siblings” because I aged them down to remove their marriage was not ideal. Wanted to have them get married to test the wedding pack.

That is LITERALLY what I'm dealing with now. I've tried removing the sibling relationship so many different ways. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but he married his high school sweetheart; two different Sims, that I made, in two different houses. Got married. I logged off. Logged in; said I needed to update; logged off; updated, came back and they were suddenly siblings. I can't figure out how to remove it.
