Repeating bug

Hi! So, I have a problem, and I have had this problem for a while. It came with the updates for Small Business, and it doesn't matter if I use my main save file or a new save file. 

Teens and children come to my house, go into my house, and then leave. If I take my Sims somewhere and come back home, I get a notification that the holiday was awful. I do not use any mods or cc and have repaired the game. 

Btw, the raccoon sim, Trashley comes all the time. Repeats all over, like nothing happens. Oh, and my older sims can't help children learn to ride a bike. They ask and do the stuff as they should, but resets when the child is gonna ride.

    With learning to ride a bike, try making sure there is a lot of open space when and where the kid is learning to ride, and that you start the interaction when outdoors.

    I have tried it, and it doesn't matter unfortunately. This problem did I not have before, this and the other bugs I mentioned came with those recent updates. Like this when it snowed and rained inside?

    Unfortunately, none of these threads are about my problems..  My problems aren't about random townies or guests won't leave, it is about random younger townies coming for "trick or treat" even if it isn't Halloween anymore, and I get the notification "awful holiday" when I travel from a lot to another lot. I just used this with the weather as an example. This issue, and this with Trashley, came at the same moment, with the new pack and patch.
