Seasons Pack Not Working

Hello, for some odd reason the seasons pack will not allow me to travel to a custom lot. I have been trying for months to figure out why I can not travel to custom lots. I disabled all the packs that own and narrowed it down to the seasons pack. I have even tried to repurchase the pack but it just keeps doing the same thing.  I have no cc except one build I downloaded to test it out. And it will not load onto the lot. It will play the music like it’s about to load then stays on an endless loading screen. I’m drained. I need help!

    Hi Sheriyah​ 

    can you not travel to any lot or that specific one ?

    Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

    - Delete the ones you have
    - Trigger the error again
    - Check if new ones are created
    - If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.


    Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.

    It happens when I’m placing a custom lot. It will only work if I build the lot and add custom content to it, but any lot that I download that has cc whether it be heavy cc or little to no cc. It won’t load in. While I have the seasons pack in. I’m not sure if this specific pack is corrupted or what. But I deleted the last exception tried to run it again with that seasons pack and it still doesn’t work. However, no new exception generated.

    To be sure, you mean the Lot type that came with Adventure Awaits or any lot type that has custom content ?

    If you start a new save, does the same thing happen ?
