Restaurants not working autonomously in TheSims4.

I am noticing while playing the college student on campus, the students are unable to eat.  The dorms are not autonomously making food for the students.  There are no stoves or kitchens in the dorms....

@Pris3718 Have you been to your campus’s student commons building? There should be computers, robotics, and a cafeteria…
