Reward events not working
Regular rewards such as birthday parties or baby showers ect, do not have the option of claiming rewards when creating them. The button is grayed out and when I try and click it it says " unable to start rewards event while another event is active". I do not have another event running. I am able to run events without rewards just fine, but I want the rewards.
I do not use mods, my game is updated, the back to the future event is up to date (I've finished all the tasks for that.)
Please help.😭
crinrictokay so after some detective skills I figured out that its the custom holidays that I made. If I tried to do a reward event on a day that has a custom holiday planned I cannot do so. Idk if its the same for everyone else, or if my custom holidays are messed up, but that was the reason!!!
