Sauna whoo hoo is not working
Since I bought the lovestruck pack the Sims will get close then go they stop

Is there someone else in the Sauna with them? I find that prevents sims from woohooing, but they usually do it if they wait for everyone else to leave before initiating the interaction.
No there's no one with them.
It's probably broken due to one of the patches. I'd mention it at AHQ.
I hope they fix it. That was one of reasons I bought the spa day pack 😔
