Missing Sims 4 Packs After Switching from Windows to Mac

I'm reaching out because I'm having an issue accessing my Sims 4 expansion packs after switching from Windows to Mac.

I'm logged into the same EA account that I originally used to purchase all of my Sims 4 content, but many of the packs I paid for are no longer available on my Mac. I've invested a significant amount of money into these packs, so it's very frustrating to lose access to content that I already own.

I've confirmed that I'm using the correct account, but the packs still aren't showing up or are unavailable to download. Since they're tied to my EA account, I expected them to transfer between platforms.

Could you please look into my account and help restore access to the packs I've purchased? If there's anything I need to do on my end, I'd really appreciate your guidance.
