Hello Support Team, I am experiencing an issue where my Sims save files keep disappearing. I save my game normally, but the next time I load the game, the save slots are gone or empty. I would appreciate your guidance on how to fix this or recover my save files. 😭
So you don’t have iCloud or Dropbox or anything like that on your computer? Because Sims saves go into your main Documents folder, so any computer backups would include them by default. Disappearing save files sounds like a cloud sync issue.
If you go to Documents->Electronic Arts->The Sims 4->saves are there any files in that folder? Can you screenshot it?
Thank you so much for replying to me! I play on Mac. I don't have cloud backups turned on—I've only saved my progress directly in the game. 😭
What platform do you play on? (Mac or windows - I assume not console since you tagged cc) Do you have cloud backups on?
