I had that issue with the new doors (the single sex bathroom doors). I was trying to switch out the doors at the Lounge in Oasis Springs and got that error. Someone suggested it could be mod related so I took out some mods that had to do with item placement (those were the only building mods I had) but I haven't checked to see if those were the culprit.
