SDX NOT WORKING

My SDX from the "Pride" items shipped yesterday didn't arrive for me. The other times, the items always arrived normally, but not this time. The settings are default. I've tried to check if there were any downloads and nothing. I tried to get the items in the gallery, but it says I don't have the content. The notification did not arrive as it did for everyone. I just wanted to enjoy the news like everyone else, but it didn't work for me this time, I'm upset.

    Make sure that you are updated to the latest game version. If you are not, this  would be the cause of the issue.

    I think it's on the current version, which is 1.113.297.1020 DX11, right?

    In the "content" folder of The Sims 4 files I found this, but I don't know if it should be it. (I highlighted it in red)
