Something is wrong with my sims 4

it started yesterday evening when I tried to play the game, for some reason 3/4 of the screen became completely white. This is the list of things I did when I reentered the game and it was still 3/4 white;
 -Removed all script mods
-Removed all mods
- Repaired the game
-Deleted EA app
-Repaired 2 more times
- Deleted the sims 4 from my pc
-signed out and signed back in 2 times
-Deleted the sims 4 again 

Cleared localthumbnail cache (what i just did)

I am so lost as to what to do rn, I am running on a Windows 11 with my Windows Update being this morning at 9 am.

    v3l8w7au5bo5​  Please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
