Sentiments
Can a Sim have permanent sentiments with another Sim, or for at least a couple to have permanent ones together? So far, they have been disappearing after a while no matter how close the two Sims are.

If you keep doing the actions that build the sentiment then the sentiment will continue to be there.
Yeah for me if I notice anything gets lower, I just do some interactions to keep that sentiment filled. The thing I like about sentiments is that it stops me from making preplanned out storylines in my plays. I t helps me mix things up. Good Luck!
