Sever Error. We cannot process the gallery request. Please try again later.

I have been getting this error message for the past couple of months, not sure why it is happening. I have looked at other discussions and tried to follow the steps they gave, yet nothing has worked. I deleted the thumb cache, 50/50 my mods, reinstalled the sims, and relogged back into my ea account.

Someone please help, I'm not sure how I can make sims without having to restart a new save just to save my household in my gallery.
