Shoes in swimwear
When my sims grow up to be teenagers, they wear shoes in their swimwear, usually those flip-flops from their swimwear kit.
I'm not using any mods.

- @RoseOfDecember The flip flops are allowed in that category so they can be worn.
Guess swimwear isn't just for swimming but also for relaxing at the pool and stuff, hence they are allowed.
Just remove them in CAS if you don't want them.
If you think they get assigned to often, it's best to create a thread in the feedback forum. - @crinrict
Thank you for make it clear. I just find it strange that everyone comes, it could be more random then. - @RoseOfDecember If it's every single Sim, it does sound excessive and I would report it in the feedback forum.

And how do you remove them from Cas? I didn't see how. Click on a mirror or dresser and select Plan Outfit or Plan Outfits.
Select the Sim if necessary.
Click on the Sim's clothes.
Choose Swimwear.
Hover over the Shoes button and click the red X to remove the shoes.
Make any other changes you desire.
Click the checkmark when you are Done to save your changes and return to Live mode.
Click the X, instead, if you want to Cancel and return to Live mode without making any changes.
If you get a popup window, click the checkmark to confirm that you're doing what you wanted.
