Sim 4 Events Aren't working

@TheBlackPlumbob Are you making sure to throw them as goaled events (tick the checkmark) ?
@crinrict He's right. There's a glitch. I haven't had time to investigate it yet.
I had scheduled a Fan meet and greet at my sim's home this afternoon.
VERY early on, all the tasks vanished but the gathering was still going on. I started randomly doing tasks that I thought might be on the list, hoping it may re-appear if I "cleared" one by chance.... but nothing happened. Ended up getting a bronze.
I think it might be related to switching sims. My house has two sisters, one is famous and hosted the meet and greet. I used SPACE to switch sims and when it switched back, the tasks were gone.
Haven't tested without mods either so I haven't put in a bug report yet.

@Psychotps, @TheBlackPlumbob I am quit sure this issue is a mod related one. It also happend in one of my saves where I play with mods, but it doesn't or didn't happen in the saves without mods. I never checked which mod was the culprit so you should check it out.

@TrismagistosThat's the plan. Getting my play prepared for the test right now. Once I get it set, I'll do a hard save and test, remove mods, and test again. If it turns out to be a mod, I'll go through them and figure out which one.
My method is pretty sound. I'll post again once I finish.Edit:
Well, tried it twice with mods in exactly like before, and it didn't do it again. Something made the tasks disappear, whether it was a mod bug or a game bug, I have no idea. Just have to keep an eye open and see if it ever happens again.
