Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- Do you have a neighbor tag over the Sim if you hover over them ? That is a known issue that sometimes happens and prevents Sims from using doors.
- There have been reports for pregnant/bigger Sims not being able to go through doors before so could you play on for the moment to see if she can use the door again once the baby is here ? Just use testingcheats and teleport to get around the issue until then.
