Sim changes weight when zooming in/out

I am not sure why, but I noticed that when I zoom out a bit, my sim gains weight. I think it may have started when I had a sim take the insta-lean potion. Having taken this, they lost weight but whe...

    I just re-loaded up the game to check, and the issue has gone away now by the looks of it - so it must be to do with graphics loading/buffering or something? i.e. the updated body shape had not fully loaded in in my last session.
