Sim Gets Fear of the Dark After Being Cured

This was supposedly fixed in the update today, so I went to test it. I gave my Sim a Fear Be Gone potion for their Fear of the Dark. However, even after being "cured" my Sim still got a scared moodle...

    Would you be willing to share your save with me ? 

    If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link. 

    To fix

    Re-add the fear of dark with traits.equip_trait trait_Fear_dark (This should not disable achievements/trophies on console as you don't need testingcheats). After that cure it again by regular means.

    Wait for any moodlets to go away too. Hopefully they won't come back unless the Sim gets the fear again.

My sim got the fear of dark a while back. I drank fear be gone and it got rid of it but she still has a constant moodlet. I know this fear has been bugged forever and usually I just cheat it and add it back to her then cheat it away and that solves it. However, even with cheats I cannot add it to her. It's like the fear doesn't even exist in the game. I've tried cheating it with mods and without and it just doesn't show up. I tried turning off fears and wants and that still didn't do anything. I also turned mods off and tried and that didn't work either.
