@zolee2020 OMG, I was having the same issue and it happened every time my roommate used it, but not my sim. I kept wondering what the hell she ate that kept making it catch on fire. Cause I was like, damn she has some fiery poops or whatever she was eating kept making her have diarrhea from hell or something. Apparently, I had upgraded the toilet to the compost version. This happened at least 5 times or until I googled it and came across this post. So, yeah even I was in the same boat a you. Laughing my butt off trying to figure out what was happening.
