Sim won’t pay bills
My sim will do the “pay bills” interaction multiple times and no money is removed from the account. My water has been shut off and I can’t fix it because the bill won’t actually deduct money from my simoleans

Do you use the mailbox interaction or the cellphone interaction?
If you the mailbox interaction it may be that if the mailbox was placed on the lot with moveobjects on and your sim just isn't able to reach the mailbox, you can try moving it to a different location. Or you can try using the pay bills option in the household section on your sim's cellphone.

You might try going to another lot and paying the bills there, using either your phone or a computer.
