Simoleons Deducting for no reason

New to the game. this happened when I had no mods or CC's. I see the money coming out for my butler which I expect but every morning money gets deducted for no reason. I see no explanation,

I took the bar out of the house and put it in inventory but still happening.

My sims are in front of me, not in the kitchen so I know they are not preparing food. I turned of autonomy and it is still happening.

I play on an ASUS laptop which is brand new.
