It looks like your graphics card isn't able to properly render the tree texture. If you place this tree on a different lot does it still happen? Do you have the Lot name? I can download into my game and test.

@Bluebellflora Hi again. I can now confirm it is not my graphics card that causes it. Maybe it could be some issue with the latest update?

Yes, it may be an issue with your specific GPU and something in the latest patch. Can you provide the full specs of your machine?
