It looks like your graphics card isn't able to properly render the tree texture. If you place this tree on a different lot does it still happen? Do you have the Lot name? I can download into my game and test.

Providing your computer specs would really help. I downloaded into my game, no issue. Build mode and live mode:
I'm on a 2020 M1 MacBook Air running 13.4. Clean game, no Mods or CC but I don't think that's the issue here.
- @Bluebellflora hello again! opened up my game today and somehow the trees were back to normal - honestly not sure what happened there but thank you for trying to help me out!
I still got bugged trees. My computer and graphics card are quite new. My boyfriend built this computer for me last year, so nothing technical should be the issue. This is the graphics card I have: GTX 1660, and I have updated the drivers.
I will try to reload the game without any mods and see if it looks ok. I suspect it could be that, or something that went wrong with the latest updates.
