For most countries, age 13 will be appropriate for an adult account, however, it can differ depending on your country's requirements.
For more information on what ages are required for adult accounts, check out our Online Access for Child Accounts article.
Once your child hits that milestone, according to the date of birth on the account, then the Origin client will automatically run through an age-up process and grant access to adult features. From there, you can set Teen restrictions.
I hope that helps! 🙂

Thanks @EA_Arrenai she is 13 and has a teen account that is linked to my account already.
Does anyone else know why she still can’t get the SIMS 4 packs given as a teen account she should be able to?
bump @EA_Arrenai @jpkarlsen anyone able to help?

I hope I can @ThundershockGame 🙂
We've also got an article about your households and teen accounts, perhaps the spend limit prevents her from purchasing the pack.
