SIMS 4: Can't load households (And a series of other bugs)

Oh boy, I've been having so many sims issues this week since downloading For Rent and everytime I solve an issue, a new one pops up.  First I had issues making rental units in Copperdale/San Sequioa...

Update: Somehow was able to solve the San Seqouia double world/rental unit issue and am able to play there! Had to do the doble world troublshooting one at a time.

However, still getting the kick out issue when trying to fix Copperdale

@Tiff812 Are new exception files created ? If so, please upload them as per instructions above. Deleting the file doesn't solve any issues, it helps us helpers troubleshoot your game if you provide them.

You just need to delete your old file so it's not something about a different topic.
