Sims 4 Can't Woohoo & Bad Werewolf Skin

So, my sims aged up and I started playing their household again.  I have a werewolf sim male and a mermaid sim female and although the option is there for them to woohoo, they won't woohoo. I've tried everything and I need this fixed. Also, I had a sim added from the dating feature, created by another player, and I turned him into a werewolf, but his skin keeps glitching. Every time he appears when I'm not in his household, he has his werewolf skin texture overlaying his human form and it looks wrong. I think the original creator must have used a custom skin or something. Please help. I want him to have normal settings. Thank you.
