I had a new idea for the Sims 4, but I don't have any idea how to share it with the developers. I thought that if the sims had congenital diseases, maybe it could be a new obstacle for them (assuming they had it). Sims would have to purchase medicine, have certain difficulties in their life because of their disease, and adapt to living with the disease.
