Sims 4 Cottage Living

I downloaded sims 4 cottage living on origin, it said to change to ea desktop. When I did that it didn't come up , so instead i when into the game. On the game it says i own the pack , I also got a confirmation order email. But it has origin content banned in the game. I am unable to find the spot to enable the pack. Someone please help I'm very keen to play this.

    That Origin in game is disabled doesn't have anything to do with content being banned. It does mean that you can not start the download from within the game.

    Open Origin click the game in My Library. Select Extras and scroll down to the pack and click the download button.

    I had to change over to EA desktop. On that , the pack doesn't show up at all , so I can not download anything for that.
