Sims 4 event rewards disappeared
I don't have an error code or anything. I completed the Cozy Celebrations event on either Jan 3 or Jan 4, I don't quite remember. All the rewards were working perfectly until I updated the game today...

@avvob Are you the same person as the OP, just under a different account name? Is it possible you earned the items on one account and not the other?
Regardless, I flagged this thread a few hours ago, but it might take a while to get a response, if there is a response at all. It's definitely strange that the items would have disappeared.

@avvob It's not a problem; I just wanted to know whether there were two or three players reporting the issue. And it doesn't actually matter to me, but it might matter to EA.
puzzlezaddict This just happened to me after the last update (6/17, 2.13 for console). The scarf is gone. I'm on PS5.
